Bad: This is a well appointed hotel but completely out-of-sync with the pictures that one sees on the screen ! The hotel rooms are average and so is everything else. At this price, there are far better hotels available.

4Good location but hotel in need of a refit and more friendly front desk staff.
Good: Rooms were spacious. View was ok as it looked out over some lower houses and buildings with green gardens. The location was ok also with an 8 minute walk to Terminal 21 or a free shuttle cab every 30 minutes if you were on time.
Bad: The general feel of the hotel did not fit for a 4.5/5 star accommodation. The hotel itself is run down with a number of areas needing maintenance or a refresh (e.g. light fittings, old washing machines and noisy air conditioners). Ironically the Mercure residence building behind the hotel looked very nice inside with well-maintained facilities and fitout.
