Good: It is very well located, close to metro and bus stations. Up to 15 minutes away from most attractions by public transport. Also close to restaurants and markets.
Bad: The room was very small, barely held a couple with 3 bags. The breakfast was expensive for what it had.

3Very disappointed
Good: The only positive point of the hotel is the location because it has a nearby subway and several restaurants around.
Bad: To begin with, we arrived at check-in time but the rooms were not yet available, after that we came across an elevator that fit only 2 people or 1 person with a suitcase, for a 3-star hotel this does not match reality, because it was with 4 other people and all had to use the stairs throughout the stay, another point is that the photos do not match the rooms, they are extremely small, including the double only fits 1 person in the bathroom at a time, and to take a shower you can't even move properly because it is so tight, in addition to not being ready at check-in time one of the rooms still had a leak in the air conditioning, so they had to relocate to another room, summarising my experience and the 4 people who were with me it was far below expectations.

Good: On a positive note, the location was good and the beds were comfortable.
Bad: We were given completely different rooms, which were much older and more worn out. The shower cabin was so small that even I couldn't fit in properly, and I wear size XS clothing. The bathroom lights didn’t work – the lighting was very dim. There was a space for storing luggage, but it was very small. When we arrived at 15:15, our room still wasn’t ready. We were asked to wait another 20 minutes.

Good: There's nothing particularly likeable about this place. The beds and pillows were okay, maybe the best part of the experience.
Bad: Everything in Timhotel is tiny - the rooms, the shower, the lift, the level of english from employees, and also their education too.
The amount that's charged for what this wannabe hotel tries to accomplish is almost a joke after you get to know the facilities. If I had the chance to skip this booking and get another place, it would be a priority for me. I'm also posting this review elsewhere in case the "manager" tries to do some classic damage control.
