Bad: No AC. No one seemed to care to fiw the AC issue (several rooms without AC). Unskilled personnel and no help at all.

4Nearly 27 degrees in the...
Good: The staff was lovely and the breakfast was amazing.
Bad: We didn’t get the original room we were booked and were instead placed in rooms with ac. It reached around 27 degrees in the room. The staff did bring us a desk fan but for over €300 a night I felt it was pretty disappointing. Would not stay again.
