2We are disappointed to stay at this hotel.
Good: Great location, close to the metro. The hotel is located close to several stations. The area where the hotel is located is not very clean.
Bad: The hotel is very dirty. Only the reception area is clean. The elevator is dirty. There is carpet in the hotel corridors, it is covered in large dirty spots. The corridors smell of cigarettes. In the room too, unfortunately. The room had dirty walls. There is dirt and sand in the corners of the rooms. Cockroaches in the kitchen and toilet. The shower didn't work for two days. We couldn't take a shower for two days. The staff was only able to fix it on the third day of our stay.

9Very pleasant stay, good neighbourhood with cafes, etc. would recommend this place.
Good: very clean, good location, staff very helpful
Bad: Could use longer table or luggage racks, had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor. a long handle broom or mop to clean the floor would be helpful due to limited room cleaning, which we were fine with.

10Clean and friendly place with convenient parking enabled us to enjoy Paris fully in a short time
Good: Nice clean room with all the facilities for our 3-person family, including a nice kitchenette and balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location close to two Subway stops put all of Paris within our reach. This, combined with a secure parking garage, made it a great place to stay.
Bad: Really nothing bad to say. You could argue that it's not smack dab in the center, but thanks to the nearby subway stations, all Paris attractions were never more than a short ride away. The area itself also has great restaurants and boulangeries, btw.
