Good: I have stayed here several times and will again. The breakfast is worth the money and the location is great.
Bad: The cleaning staff didn't come to our room so I had to take the towels down to the desk, but the desk staff were amazing and actually refunded some of my fee. They also need more electrical outlets near the beds.

Good: Very confortabile, the lady on the réception was very nice.
Bad: I had a phone-discussion with a man (something was initially not working with my credit card) and i felt he was not very patient and felt a little bit of irritation in his voice. Like i was derranging with my questions. That's why i thougt initially its not a good idea because te personell will be not nice but in the end when i went there, it was a lady at the réception and she very very kind.
