Good: The staff was really nice and helpful. The tube station well located and the area very lively.
Bad: The place needs massive refurbishment and repair. I think it was undergoing renovations.
The room was functional but not decorated or charming. You just had what you needed, although it could have done with bedside tables. Also, the light bulbs for the small lamps above the bed gave off a purple light tiring to the eyes.
