Good: Well situated for what I needed, although tourists might prefer something more west/central. A very spacious room, the kitchenette is a great idea, especially for longer stays where eating out every meal might be expensive. The shower was great. The central courtyard is pretty and provides a calm outside space.
Bad: Only downside of the kitchenette was that nothing was provided for washing up - one of the plates still had food on it from the previous resident!

Bad: The worst reception I have ever experienced in 30 years of frequent travel. Aggressive. I am stunned other reviewers have said this is a friendly hotel, I have not experienced anything like it in Paris or anywhere else.
Room not at all as advertised. Booked a suite with a double and single bed with patio. Room had a double bed with bunk beds next it, claustrophobic and dark. Walked through s patio to access room but no patio. Another room was found after 20 minutes of being spoken to aggressively and after I asked for a refund as wanted to leave. Until that point there was no other room available.
Sullen staff with the exception of reception team on Saturday evening who was very nice.
Wrote with feedback, told reception on check out that check in had not been good but zero interest from hotel.
