Good: The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating at all times. Staff in the breakfast area very discrete, polite and cheerful. Breakfast exceeded my expectations for quality and choice. Very good. The location is also ecxellent and I enjoyed having a room with a view over the street.
Bad: Perhaps more English language choices on the TV would have been better.

Good: "The hotel's location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station. We found it incredibly convenient to reach the Eiffel Tower directly with a single train ride from the metro. Moreover, the locality proved to be safe, dispelling any concerns we had heard about Paris. The hotel room offered ample space and excellent amenities. We highly recommend this establishment for your stay."

Bad: Tiny room, there was construction in the hotel and it wasn't quiet. The room was not clean as well. There were leftovers near the bed. Later I found a much better hotel for the same price with bigger and more comfortable rooms.
