Bad: Bathroom is very small with inconvenient bathtub/shower. Refrigerator broke during our stay, hot water kettle was broken at check-in and batteries for TV remote were dead. I assume this is due to being overwhelmed with tourists, but ....still

Good: STAFF: Very friendly and always available. Our French is very poor and they were able to speak to us in English. Plus they gave us a handy map of Paris and information about the car park on the street. ROOM: Very clean and the room service is available when needed. There was also a fridge which was very helpful. Food-sized bathroom and toiletries were given. TRANSPORT: Javel Andre Citroen metro station is right in front of the hotel which was very helpful. BREAKFAST: Very rich breakfast with bread, hams, pastries, yoghurt, jams, cereals, eggs, cheeses, bacon, sausages and amazing roasted potatoes. Also coffee machine and water dispenser ara available 24/7.
Bad: ROOM: We stayed in Paris for 8 days and we travelled with 2 big luggage and 1 small one. The space in the room was not enough. Also, unfortunately, the room was facing the road and could not sleep with an open window due to the noise.

Good: It was a nice hotel and right on the metro line which made getting around very easy.
Bad: The website claims they have airport shuttle, but they didnt. It cost over 70.00 each way to travel to and from the airport.
