Good: Staff member at dinner was nice and one of the reception ladies was lovely.
Bad: Parts needed a clean E.g. lift, corridirs.
One staff member at reception did her job but I preferred her colleague who smiled and was friendly.

Good: Location to airport is great
The staff were very friendly beds are clean and comfortable
Bad: It seemed like the hotel did not pay much attention to detail. It felt like they refilled items only upon request not in preparation for. For instance, the coffee station in the main lobby was out of cups. I had to find a staff member and have them bring cups. Then I had to ask the same person if they could bring cream for coffee as it was also empty. Same thing happened at breakfast next morning which was basically muffins and yogurt. I had to ask for butter after they brought that. I realize there were no knives and they had to go find the knives. Just not very on the ball.
