Bad: When I did checkout and left the hotel, there was 10 (cents) left over from the $30 I paid for breakfast for my wife and me the previous day, and the employee made me pay it (10 cent) before I left, knowing that I paid the hotel for the two nights approximately $280... Frankly, I was shocked, and it was the hotel I paid the most in among the three countries I visited: Austria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
There was no double king mattress.... And when i asked for one they didnt have!!!??? omg

Good: There is a coffee machine available in the lobby, free of charge for the guests. Yeah!
Bad: I was missing scrambled eggs for breakfast. The breakfast starts a bit late, only at 7:30 - not ideal for early birds. The chair in the room is not the most suitable for working at the desk.
