Good: I cannot give enough positive feedback for the Citadines Trafalgar Square. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was made to feel welcome by the terrific staff. The room was great - comfortable and roomy. I also enjoyed the breakfasts for 15 euro.

Good: The location is terrific! The coffee machine (available when you like) in the lounge also terrific!

Bad: As there is a kitchenette, I can understand it is tricky to maintain a high quality for the cabinetry. There was a bit of wear and tear on the corners of the cabinets.
