Good: The view. Quick responses when texting the concierge.
Bad: The pool was closed 3 of the 5 days we were there, and the Pool Club never opened at all. Ate at the restaurant the first night and got food poisoning. Also didn't love the Hilton employees posted around trying to sell you things.
