Bad: We booked family room for 5 people.but bed was prepared just for 2. No clean linings.dirty towels,dirty bathroom.we asked for 2 days to change all three dirty laundry and towels but only on a third day when we went to the main office we took them not the stuff

Good: The jacuzzi was amazing; that was the main thing we paid for. Breakfast was good as well with an opportunity to sit on the terrace and enjoy an incredible view of the mosque and the church
Bad: The room was small with a window that goes inside the building, so the daylight couldn't go through and we had to use lights on all the time

Bad: I forgot some stuff in the room but they didnt return it, might be the housekeeping maid stole it , I sent whatsapp message to the hotel they replied rudely , I might left them somewhere else while they were two shirts left in the cupboard.
