Good: Bathroom was OK. Bed was very comfortable.
Bad: We were apparently upgraded to a larger room is very small and cramped. The city view was the building opposite. The hotel had absolutely no facilities. The reception was tiny.

4Not worth the Stay...
Good: Location was great!!! Location was close to two metro stops and places like Harbour City mall, Avenue of the stars, Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier, K11 MUSEA and more. Overnight female receptionist was very nice and helpful (unfortunately because of her hours she was not the main receptionist you see). Had an iron and iron board that when requested was brought to the room. Shower (in originally booked room) was comfortable.
Bad: Stayed in a Deluxe Double Room on the 12 floor: First, they placed me in an ADA room with bathroom facilities you had to be in a wheelchair to use because of the height of fixtures (ex: sink, shower, etc). I was fortunately moved to a regular room after requesting a new room. The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible and practically useless. Saw a roach/bug at night crawl across the desk while the lights were on. Perhaps this is normal in Hong Kong hotels, but it should be noted I did not have any food or drinks in the room nor ever eat in the room. I had also only been in the room less than 4 hours. The carpet was a bit worn and could use replacement. Found strands of female hair (or long male hair) on the bathroom floor. The room lighting was dark. The room only had low output downlights with random light switching that was frustrating to use and even with every light on, the room still was dark. Limited TV Channels (less than 15 with only one or two international channels) Had all Type "G" outlets (which is understandable since it is Hong Kong); however, there was one Type "A" outlet at the far end of the room away from the bed. A recommendation would be to place the Type "A" outlet in a better, more useful location for international travelers/users. The two male receptionists were void of emotion, not welcoming and uninviting. There was no location for luggage storage so they use the lobby, which means the already small lobby is filled many times during the day with so much luggage it leaves little circulation and waiting space actually in the lobby for check-in and service.
