Good: The historic building is very cool from the outside. The terrace is lovely.

Bad: The room was not cleaned once in a three night stay and we left the make up room sign on all day. I have stayed before and the same issue still happens with the shower not being sealed properly and water flooding the bathroom We arrived at the hotel and our room was not ready. while we were checking in we were offered a room upgrade which was explained to me as complimentary however when checking out we were charged for the room upgrade from the £150 down payment for incidentals.
