Good: (1) Very welcoming and accomodating staff. (2) Luggage storage before check-in. (3) Close to Metro station, grocery stores, restaurants. (4) One can make coffee/tea on the rooms.
Bad: (1) Cleanliness can be improved (hairs and fluff on the blanket, crumbs on the table, mirror in the bathroom untidy). (2) Worn down interior/furniture. (3) Air conditioning has a bad smell. (4) No big towel nor a shower mat was provided initially. I expect such basic amenities to be available in a 3 Star hotel without having to ask for it. (5) No tissue holder for toilet paper in the bath room. (6) No shutters nor shades on the windows for sun protection. (7) No flyscreens on the windows. (8) No sound-absorbing windows. One can basically hear everything that is going on outside. (9) No real storage trays in the bathroom.
