Good: Great location with lots of delicious restaurants nearby, McDonalds across the road and lots of convenience stores around.
Staff were very helpful and always willing to help with umbrellas (it was very wet), luggage, and having international adaptors sent to our room.
The shuttle was fantastic and we used it a lot.
Housekeeping was great and always kept our tea topped up.

Bad: Room was a bit small but expected.
Bathroom was dark and cramped and the tiles were a bit old.
No cutlery provided.
Distance between the sink and tap was too far and it made water pool around the basin.
