Good: Location is good, good price.
Bad: The pool water was cold, before you go to the pool you must buy caps that cost $5 and you are not allowed to go without them. Breakfast could have been better. The rooms are small but quite clean.

Bad: We booked this even though its more expensive than other hotels since we wanted to treat ourselves to a luxe stay.This is not a deluxe hotel. It is dark everywhere,the rooms are small with terrible lighting. Depressing,and not at all like the photos we saw before we booked. Staff was careless,we asked to change rooms since our room was not as expected. We booked a deluxe room and got a small room with terrible location on 2nd floor facing the walls of the building in front of the hotel. The staff lied and said they were fullybooked and did not have other rooms available,while it online were plenty rooms available for booking. Not helpful,they didnt even aknowledge that we were not happy. Terrible breakfast. Dont spend money here, it is a depressing hotel. We spent 2 nights due to prepaid booking and couldnt cancel,otherwise we would have left the same day but the hotel didnt offer to cancel and refund due to our complaint. They dont care about satisfaction,only about getting your money. This hotel is not 4 stars,I would say 1 star would be more correct. There were used,dusty socks under the bed. Stay away.
