5We are very much disappointed with hyat half board menu discrimination and deposit amount taken
Good: Breakfast was ok
Bad: Half board menu was not at all good In half board menu quantity was very low and it was just enough for a child not for the adults Half board quality was also not good Half board menu was having 7 non veg items out of that we liked only one, how can we eat only item daily. There has to be full menu of restaurant which was not offered to us. They took 12000 turkish lira as deposit and this was not informed to us while booking hotel this was really not fair and they said while check out amount will be refunded which was not refunded at the point of check put and till now they didn't refund the amount. Half board menu should be same like hayat regular restaurant menu as hotel charged exorbitant amount for offering lunch/dinner which we paid. If half board facility is discriminated like this then we really don't want half board In future with any restaurant.

Good: This was my first time traveling to Istanbul as a solo female and it took me three tries to find the right neighborhood and hotel - I'm super happy with my choice. The location was safe and only a 1 minute walk to a train station so it was easy to get around. There are three shopping malls near the hotel and also many restaurants in walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful - all my calls to the service desk were picked up and addressed swiftly. Rooms were more spacious than I expected, well cleaned, and very comfy beds. The bar was undergoing renovations so I didn't get to try it out. Breakfast was good, nothing too spectacular but the fruit was really fresh which I appreciated.
Bad: The building was not as new as it looks in the pictures here, however everything is still in good condition.
