Good: The location is great . It was an easy taxi ride to food, walled city, bocogrande plaza and historical center.
Bad: The Hilton needs to upgrade the outdoor pool furniture. The beach needs to be raked and more sand added. The Hilton is missing a major opportunity to build up the beach access in Cartagena . In summary, the grounds could use a facelift. The food is bad!

Good: The pool, and the location.
Bad: The restaurant and menu was limited and not up to par with other Hilton hotels I have stayed.

Good: Egg and omelet station made to order was super good.
Juice station made to order available for fruit juices only.
Bad: Beach in front of the hotel had dark water, bugs and ants on the sand, and a lot of vendors. Not the private beach advertised.
Pools were warm, one of them so hot it seamed like a bathtub.
Food and drinks, in the pool area, took a good hour to arrive. Finger food was warm drinks watered down.
Breakfast buffet did not offer green juices and although food variety was big it was not the greatest.
