Good: Paradise! This place is a heaven on earth. From the minute you arrive you are treated so well. Every single person is so nice and the property is absolutely incredible! I had a smile on my face even in my sleep!
Bad: The food and drinks are pretty expensive. The food and drinks taste great, but make sure you budget for that cost. What do you expect though? You are on an island in paradise and the service is absolutely unmatched, so it's worth every penny.

10Incredible villa in an incredible setting
Good: Our villa was fantastic. I think probably the best overwater villa I've stayed in. Large, lots of thoughtful touches. The setting is incredibly beautiful. Quality of food at the restaurants is excellent; breakfast selection is very good and pastries especially are top notch
Bad: Staff/Service: for the level of the hotel, service was a bit hit and miss. Some staff were great, but numerous times we had to ask for things multiple times. We had to chase housekeeping a few times where the room hadn't been made-up by 3pm.
