Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The hotel does not accept credit card in using of a third party booking guarantee or payment arrangement. Kindly present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. The hotel does not accept booking made by payment channel of debit card. The hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if the given credit card is declined. We may contact the cardholder or issuing bank for verification. The guest is responsible to present his/her given credit card to hotel upon check-in for payment verification. If failure to comply with the above, the hotel has the right to ask the guest to provide another payment alternatives (i.e. in cash or other credit card) for room payment and it will be subject to a relevant bank handling charges by Hong Kong credit card center of the previous payment refund. Please note that different policies and additional supplements may apply if book for 8 rooms or more. Pets are not allowed to enter the hotel starting from 1 Sep 2022.

Children 11 and under stay for HK$ 418 per person, per night when using an existing bed.
People 12 and up stay for HK$ 418 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
