4Disappointing
Good: Pretty courtyard and great breakfast.
Bad: Upon arriving, the staff were unhelpful and cold. The first room they put us in smelled like stale smoke. Upon request to move rooms, they put us in a smaller and less nice room. The shower would overflow and flood the bathroom, and the size of the bathroom felt more like a hostel. If I were paying half the price, it would have been fine. That being said, paying for a luxury hotel I was hoping for much better.

10Perfect location- lovely hotel
Good: We loved the property. Perfect location right by the Charles Bridge but so peaceful. The staff were by and large exemplary. And the room (we booked a suite- well worth it) was lovely. The whole property was immaculately clean and was lovely to come back to each morning. Highly recommend.
