Good: The staff was friendly and helpful
Bad: The internet was down for a few hours . I was on a business trip and really needed it . I was told it was “ maintenance” but no one bothered to let the guests know ahead of time . The sink was clogged . There is no lobby , not even a small one where you can sit and work if needed .

8We enjoyed the stay, but...
Good: The room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel for the location, very central and close to various subway stations. 5 minutes walk from the Hyde park and all types of commerce around.
Bad: Our room was at the firts floor facing the street and the windows are not sound proof. Across the street there's a hotel for young people and sometimes got chatting until late on the street. Also possible to hear the trash truck every morning early. A sound proof window would be welcome there.
