10Very hospitable and comfortable hotel
Good: Situated on quiet road with security gate. Close to station and restaurants nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed good with quality bed linen and towels. Well equipped kitchenette. Would be happy to stay there again.

8Pleasant stay in a nice location
Good: The location was good, in a relatively quiet street close to some nice restaurants, lunch places, and wine shops. Our room had a nice balcony next to a beautiful tree. The staff were helpful and our stay was very pleasant.
Bad: Even though our room was definitely not as big as expected based on the photos, it was comfortable.

9Cozy appartment in a beautiful district with extraordinary friendly staff
Good: The apartment was really cozy. All staff members were really friendly and accomodating, additionally considering special needs (e.g. allergies to perfumes in cleaning fluids, which they considered, or earlier check ins). We arrived early and though they helped us and managed to make the room as quickly accesible as possible. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The parking space costs additionally, but is really worth it. The room had a nice view in to the inner courtyard/entrance, which looked lovely. The windows were well insulated and you had comfortable silence in the apartment. The stay was really enjoyable and I can definitely recommend Helzear suites.
Bad: The junior suite apartment is really cozy, however it might be a little small for longer trips. The cooking equipment is sufficient, but you might need some extras for meal prepping or cooking bigger meals. Its perfect for short trips though (1-3 nights).

Good: Place was really nice and reasonably priced. Had all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay.
