As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation. Please note that smoking is not allowed. Guests who smoke in the rooms will have to pay a fine of COP 200.000. Please note that this property does not offer an airport shuttle. Good: The location was OK. Near the beach.

Bad: Very old and worn out property for a Hilton. The breakfast options were poor. The rooms were very basic with some things not working like the cold water at the sink.
