6I will not return at...
Good: Our room was small, clean, but there was no frigobar or a place where we can put some cold drinks. There was no complimentary water, coffee or something else.
Bad: I didn´t like the time spent on making check-in. The guy was new at his job. This is ok, but he should be helped or oriented by some experient partner.
I also didn't like the absence of face towels. We were two and there was no face towels. We had to dry our hands or face in a thick towel usually used when we get out of the shower.
