Bad: First of all they will ask you to pay cash..when i asked them why they said there is a commission if you pay by card..i told them i dont have cash so they accepted the credit card
I booked two rooms for us..one of the rooms a/c is not working and it was very hot that time..i called them they said after 10 minutes it will be ok but we stayed 3 hours without a/c so we cannot stay at the room..when i talk to one of the guys there he was very rude and start shouting..he told us you have another room you can use it..i told him we are 5 persons & we cant stay in 1 room & i paid for two rooms not one..please give me my money & i will leave the hotel but he said i will not give you the money..you have to wait the technician if it will not work then i will give you your money..after 3 hours the technician came and repair the a/c.

Bathroom door is not closing & we are a family of 5 persons
If you want to go to the square you have to walk up from the stairs or walk up the hill..its difficult for old people or the kids
Old building needs to be renovated
