2Don’t go here it isn’t...
Good: The position was good, close to different metro lines and to Place d’Italie
Bad: - most egregious of all on the last night of our stay (between may 30 and 31st) the staff gave someone else the key to our room n.203 and a random stranger barged in at midnight while we were sleeping and he had the guts to complain to us. The staff didn’t bother to check on us if everything was fine, it was radio silence until I complained to them in the morning about this and I was told it was just a mistake and treated as if I was making a fuss for nothing. Now safety and privacy aside I think it’s an unacceptable way to manage things, I was told there were, for some reason, extra spare keys to our room and they were given because they assumed it was free since they had keys at the reception: so like; why did no one check if the room was free before giving someone the key; you must have a timetable of sorts to check on this stuff! Just know that if you decide to stay here the staff might have a random extra key they’ll give to just about anyone without checking, they won’t apologize to you in the moment, and if you tell them about it they’ll just be dismissive with you. Completely unprofessional.
- place wasn’t exactly clean, we found a piece of broken charger stuck in the plug next to the bed. We removed it with a bit of juggling but it’s not exactly safe and one wonders how it wasn’t noticed.
- the bathroom air vent is extremely noisy and cannot be turned off so it just keeps going all night long.
