2This is my 6th visit to Istanbul this hotel was the worst experience in Istanbul
Good: The only good things are breakfast and location
Bad: The room was very dirty , there were leftovers in the room . We arrived at 1:00 am midnight and there was not water in the room when we asked twice for water he said go buy from the market although we told him we need to take medication ,at the end he got us one after many calls .
They gave us a dirty triple room instead of the booked double room and after many calls they changed to a double room where the water in the toilet gathers on the ground.
The worst thing is that the last day after the checkout he said there is a problem and he needs to see our booking through the phone and he tried to review their hotel by himself acting like there was a problem !!

Good: Came to Istanbul for a family holiday and enjoyed our 1 week very well .. A massive thank you to Volcan, Orhan, Abbas, Muhammed, Abdullah, Muraad and the rest of the team at Hotel Delta for the amazing service they gave us .. They were all so lovely, making sure we were okay, asking us if we needed anything, delivering everything we asked for .. The location is in an excellent location with many shops near by for eating and shopping .. The breakfast is on the 8th floor with a rooftop view which is so lovely first thing in the morning .. The atmosphere is unreal , you hear the Adaan (call to prayer) every day .. theres so much going on never a dull moment which makes you want to stay there for longer. The hotel itself was very clean and pleasing .. our rooms were cleaned everyday ... when we came back from our day to day planned activities they were cleaned clean, which was a great thing to come back to ... Beds were very comfy to sleep on ensuring you had a great sleep after a long day .. The view from the hotel room was a lovely sight to look at first thing in the morning .. Overall, I recommend this place as the staff make it very welcoming for you, which makes you enjoy your stay .. Will definitely be coming back :)
