8Gorgeous hotel, extraordinary staff, tiny tiny rooms.
Good: The staff are extraordinary : friendly, competent, helpful, efficient, proactive, fun! They were immediately responsive pre, during and post stay.
Public areas and rooms are immaculate and beautiful. Gorgeous restaurant.
Bad: Unfortunately, the classic room was just too small. Toilet was 2 feet from head of the bed (wall in between but still ...), and there wasn't enough room to open two carry on suitcases at the same time without blocking a closet or door. This is just unacceptable for over $500 per night.
Apart from this is was a wonderful place.
