Good: The staff was trying to do their best at helping
Bad: I did not like anything about the hotel. Location is bad being nearby Majeutex club and nearby busy streets making the trips to and from the hotel very lengthy. Air conditioning in all hotel rooms is not cold at all. (Outside weather colder in summer)

Good: The duty manager in the evening was hugely supportive 8/10.
Bad: The room was not serviced on one day. The laundry service was poor. There was no shower gel after the first day and the bottle was filled with water. The swimming pool was green and had paper floating in it. This is a one star hotel, I would not go back.

Good: Location was pleasant, close to the Bosphorus, the historic Ortokoy Mosque, and many cafes and restaurants.
Bad: This is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. The facilities were dingy and in desperate need of a renovation. The hotel was not soundproof and on a very busy street, with much honking of horns. To be avoided at all costs.
