8Fraudulent Hotel. They charged us for the damage of property that we did not commit.
Good: Great location but it's very expensive as I booked it during the Fashion week in Paris.
Bad: This hotel is fraudulent. We were charged for EUR 400 for the damage of television that we did not commit. We just stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't have time to use that TV as we were already tired the whole day touring Paris. I suspect that it's a damage happened from the previous occupant or they replaced it after our check out with a defective TV. Akli, the receptionist even checked the room upon our check out in the morning and he found the room in good condition. Surprisingly when we reached the CDG airport, I received a message telling that we damaged the TV and immediately they charged us with EUR 400. We have been using booking.com for quite a long time now and it's my first time to experience this scam. It's not fair for us to be charged for such amount. Lesson learned....you should inspect first all the appliances and furniture during check-in and check again upon check out through video recording. I highly NOT recommend this hotel.
