Good: Reasonable-sized and comfortable room, well climatized, well isolated from street noise. Polite and helpful staff, good concierge service, good location.
Bad: All was pretty much in order, value for money is always an open question. Prices for hotel rooms in Paris in season are eye-watering high, one just has to accept this and this hotel delivers to standard.

Bad: Definitely not a 5* hotel. My bathroom robe had a big hole. The shower gel provided in the bathroom was empty.
