Bad: The attention at reception is awful. It is unacceptable that Nobody assists you with luggage at checkin or checkout. But that is not the worst part. The worst of it was that at checkin after having blocked more than 2400 pounds on our crédit card, he refused to give us a bill or detalled receipt. This was June 13th at aprox 8 pm. Only after going back down to reception and demandó h a receipt were We able to convince him to do it for us. We had the feeling that the only reason they do this is that at checkout they charge you what they want.Something very similar happened at breakfast. If you Don’t have the breakfast included in the price they give you menús with or without contradictory price s. They do not give you a bill to sign when you finish. When you ask about the price of breakfast they improvised different prices or offers. Another feeling of laco of transparenciy. Everybody who asssisted us at reception were arrogant.
