10Luxurious and comfatable experience
Good: This hotel exceeded all expectations! The comfort was top-notch, with plush bedding and a perfectly functioning jacuzzi in a high-tech room. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were superb, always ready to assist with a smile. The amazing breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Every gadget in the room worked flawlessly, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Bad: While the hotel excelled in many areas, there were a few drawbacks. The price point was quite high, and it was disappointing that access to the swimming pool and basic spa facilities (excluding massages) weren't included in the package. Additionally, parking was a hassle, with limited spaces and confusing directions, which added unnecessary stress to the stay.

Good: I was stuck in the elevator during my recent stay, which was a distressing experience. Unfortunately, no one from the staff followed up or acknowledged the incident, which left me feeling overlooked. This lack of communication negatively impacted my overall enjoyment of my stay.
Bad: The hotel could have responded immediately by ensuring our safety and providing assistance after the elevator incident. Following up with an acknowledgment and apology would have shown care and concern for the our well-being, these could have improved the overall experience.
